I have a 14 year old nephew who lives in a rough area with his father. His mother has had no participation in raising him and his father, who loves him alot, has had his own issues and is not the most consistent role model. They have a meager income and summer jobs are not prevalent in their area. My nephew has had one incident with the law and I know he would benefit from getting out of the hot city and going to camp. …….

Is there a program that can be covered by Medical or Medicad...? she can not afford to pay.... she does not have cable T.V.... he does not have a gameboy... he has anger issues & he is doodling things on his papers that the school is concern with... what can she do…………..
